Are you a regular International Customer?

Then we have great news for you! We’ve increased order size and additional ship options.

Here’s the details from our website:

* IF YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (two or more orders delivered without any problems/delays/losses)

• The maximum order size is $100
• Choose the ship option for Established International Customers from the shipping drop-down menu and press “apply”
• Orders over $70 that fit within a small flat rate box will ship at the flat rate cost of $14.00 (this service does not provide order tracking)
• What fits into a small flat rate box? Most of the time, an order of $100 or less should fit into the small flat rate box.
• Orders that cannot fit into the small flat rate box will be delayed while we work out alternate ship method with you and discuss ship costs.
• Larger orders may be taken into consideration (please email us), but will only be shipped via Priority Express Mail, which requires your physical acceptance of the package and your signature. Orders shipped via this method do provide order tracking.

International Shipping Update!

We’ve received many requests to ship to countries that were not included in the list of countries we’ve made available for the last few weeks.

As a result, we’ve decided to open International shipping to all countries.

*This is subject to change at any time if repeat shipping losses are incurred to a specific country.

The following details apply to International Shipping:

The maximum order size for International orders is $40.

International ordering is limited to one order per week (7 days) per customer.

Items eligible for International shipping are limited to our loose powder mineral cosmetic products. No fragrances, accessories, packaging components, etc… mineral cosmetics only.

All orders are sent via First Class Mail. International orders average 7-21 days transit time. Customs delays are possible for many countries. Please allow time for possible transit and customs delays while awaiting your order.

Our order form is programmed to prevent international orders larger than $40 being placed- if the maximum order amount is exceeded, the shipping cost will appear as $100 instead of $6.

Countries we ship to: We are currently shipping to all countries. This is subject to change at any time if repeat shipping losses are incurred to a specific country.

Inventory update and International shipping!

A few updates…

Spells and Wonderstruck eye collections have had inventory updated- many sold out colors have 1-2 jars added (the last of the last from our color sample storage).

Les Papillons eye collection has been added back, with 1-3 jars available of most of the shades.

International shipping is now programmed! For international orders, there is a maximum order size of $40, and shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Only mineral cosmetic products ship Internationally (no perfumes, packaging components, etc).  International customers are limited to placing one order per week (7 days). We are doing everything we can to make international shipping work this time. The list of countries we are shipping to can be found on the customer service page.

We’ve been receiving many requests about when the new product formulations will become available. It’s a rough estimate, but we hope to start introducing new “Aromaleigh v.2″ formulations gradually, in approximately 6-8 weeks, with a new product or line becoming available possibly every 2-3 weeks. During this transitional phase, we will be doing some Limited Edition eyeshadow collections.

Regarding International Shipping…

Aromaleigh v.2 is currently in the process of getting back up and running, and up to speed with many facets of the business. We have a great learning curve we’re adapting to, while at the same time, working on new product development and many other business-related things in the background.

During this time, we are only offering domestic US shipping, however, we are exploring any and all options as to how to make International shipping an option.

If you are an international customer, we thank you for your patience during this time. Aromaleigh v.1 had so many problems (loss/fraud/delays in customers/non-deliveries, etc) that finding the best solution is very complicated. We are brainstorming and trying to find the best possible solution.
